Over -the-counter medications may offer temporary relief from symptoms, but a closer look indicates they don’t have the ability to produce a long term solution for yeast infections.  Many women instinctively find themselves reaching for store bought products because of not being aware of other, better remedies.  But, research has shown that over the counter medications for vaginal yeast infection cannot and will not provide a permanent cure.

Mouth yeast infection (thrush) is an unpleasant oral infection caused by the candida albicans fungus.
